Job Details:
Provides support services for nursing administration at Cove's Edge. Responsible for continuous improvement of customer relations, including internal and external customers. Leader for excellence in customer service in a manner that emphasizes ease of working with Coveâs Edge through caring, capable and empathetic interactions. Customers include residents, patients, family, visitors, staff, physicians and others. Primary assignment for coordination of one unit and collaboration with Customer Relations Coordinator on other unit. Coordinates and organizes all clerical functions of the nursing team. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Medical Terminology helpful. 6 - 12 months related experience and/or training. CNA preferred.
