Call Center Manager, RN

Position manages and directs all Call Center operations providing direct supervision to staff, and serves as a liaison between the Ca! ll Center and the Clinics. Integrates the department's services in support of the Clinic's Care Team Model and delivers high standard, and efficient customer service to meet and exceed the needs of the customer.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of RN degree, BSN
- Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 5 years nursing
- Previous managerial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards; health care systems, structure and functions
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Current BLS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
