The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Rehab Center Servi! ces at St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion. The Manager works closely with the medical director to create a high quality service that is cost effective and provides a satisfying patient experience. This individual will oversee the systematic assessment of the quality of care across the continuum.

Duties include:

• Leading a high quality, patient centered rehabilitation service
• Collaborating with the Administrator, Director of Nurses, Social Services, and other Department heads to align the Center Program with other facility initiatives
• Planning of fiscal operations, standards of care, process
• Administrative duties, recruitment & retention, compliance with regulatory agencies
• Coordination of patient/resident/family focused care

Requirements:
Current RN license in the State of Maine
Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience
Prior rehab experience
Familiarity with MDS
Previous ma! nagement experience strongly preferred
BSN preferred
