Seeking a Director of Perioperat! ive Services. Must be a Registered Nurse with Bachelorâs degree, Masterâs degree. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical surgical services management experience along with surgical experience relative to neurosurgery, trauma, and cardiac care.
You will be responsible for all surgical service lines in the hospital and a free-standing ambulatory surgery building - operational management includes for OR, PACU, GI, ENDO, cardiac care.
The Director of Perioperative Services will set standards based on National recommendations, enhance surgical service lines, supervise personnel, integrate services, in an effort to achieve the mission and goals of the hospital. Will collaborate with physicians to achieve National quality measures.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing management experience, to include Surgical Services nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact wi! th all levels of hospital personnel.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate and implement multiple tasks simultaneously.
