Business (B2B) representative
As a Business-to-Business (B2B) representative in a DentSpa clinic, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong relationships with other businesses and professionals in the dental industry. You will serve as the main point of contact for B2B sales and partnerships, working towards increasing the clinic's revenue and market presence. Your role will involve a combination of sales, marketing, and account management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B opportunities within the dental industryincluding dental suppliers, laboratories, insurance providers, and dental equipment manufacturers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase the clinic's services and build partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients. Establish trust, credibility, and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the dental industry. Conduct market research to identify potential B2B prospects, analyze competitors' offerings, and provide valuable insights to the clinic's management team.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture existing B2B accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinic's marketing team to develop B2B marketing strategies and promotional materials. Coordinate joint marketing efforts, such as hosting workshops or conferences, to enhance brand visibility and attract potential B2B partners.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with B2B partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Review and manage contractual obligations, including compliance, performance metrics, and renewals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of B2B sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of dental products, services, and industry regulations (preferred)
- Additionally to the English language a full proficiency in one of these languages is required : Spanish /Italian /German
