Alert1 Medical Alert Systems is now hiring for a “Fully Remote,” entry level Customer Service position.
Full and Part Time positions are available after a paid, “full-time” training period.

Requirements for the successful candidate:
- Excellent communicator with superior people skills.
- Strong phone skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
- Will be trained to handle incoming calls for updating members’ account information; handle billing issues, including collections; answer or address questions, complaints, or concerns; provide cancellation instructions; and assist with troubleshooting equipment and testing devices.
- Accurately follow company protocols, procedures, processes, and policies.
- Dedicated, disciplined, and determined to be successful in a work-at-home position where adherence to phone queues and attendance is extremely important.
- Candidates can choose to use their own laptop and head set or company will provide if needed.
Please note: Customer Service does not receive any emergency calls to dispatch service.
