[Overview]
In Times In is one of the fastest growing and promising educational institutions in Korea specializing in English speaking enhancement. In Times In is seeking a senior researcher with expertise in the field of English as a Second Language (ESL) to aid us with improving our varying programs. This position will lead a growing body of content innovation specialists and will support the head program architect. The senior researcher will oversee multiple projects with focus on ESL teaching and learning; program development and implementation; and evaluations.

[Requirements]
· A Doctorate in education is a must
· Solid understanding of ESL industry with trends, practices, and educational pedagogies
· Excellent communications skills with complete mastery of written and verbal English
· 3~5 years of professional experience in ESL industry preferred
· Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

[Responsibilities]
· Lead and provide strategic planning for the team over the next five years
· Conduct independent research to shape the development and direction of major projects
· Collaborate to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of current programs
· Organize and lead workshops/seminars/presentations for staff and clients.
· Introduce innovative approaches while maintaining a tradition of excellence
· Adapt to changing circumstances and meet expectations with flexibility

[Locations/Schedule]
· Seoul, Apgujeong Station
· Monday to Friday 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM
· Some Saturdays will be required
· Start Date: Negotiable / May ~ September 2023
