Responsibilities include: • Develop excellent customer relationships • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction • Meet assigned sales goals related to establishing customer accounts • Ensure excellent service is provided to all existing accounts • Continued professional development Position requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial, or related field • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements • Minimum of 5 years sales experience • Excellent customer service skills • Strong mechanical aptitude • Demonstrated negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Processional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization • Experience working with CRM system and Microsoft Office applications • Spanish speaking skills preferred Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
