Position will oversee clinical care, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards including quality improvement, confidentiality and medical record documentation. Provides management, coordination and oversight of the clinical support RN and MA staff.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of RN from an accredited program
- Active State of Maine RN Licensure or eligible for licensure
- 5 years nursing experience with specialty or neurology experience helpful
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, staff and health care providers
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards
- Analytical ability required gathering and interpreting information necessary to resolve problems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Current BLS
Monday - Friday
8 AM - 5 PM
