Our 24 hour, 15-bed, Emergency Department is currently seeking experienced Staff RNs to join our team of community focused, compassionate and competent professionals.
- Candidate must have current State of Maine RN license.
- Candidate must have ACLS, PALS or ENPC, BLS and TNCC or be willing to attain within one year of hire.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and knowledge of human growth and development is required.
- Candidate must also be supportive of the patient-centered experience and capable of independent decision making.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills required i! n both practice and creating a quality of care and working environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize nursing care in relation to volume and acuity is necessary.
- The selected candidate must have the ability to operate unit specific equipment.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and penmanship skills required.
- Computer skills for data entry or retrieval required.
