Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - (Psych Nurse - Psych NP) Locum Tenens
! StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Psychiatric nurse practitioner in needed in the central Maine, within 45 minutes of the beautiful Coast. This community mental health center is looking for a full time candidate to start as soon as possible for a two month commitment, with the option to extend. All psychiatric nurse practitioner will be responsible for medication checks for existing patients and evaluation for all new patients. The practitioner will have a case load of 13 to 15 patients per day, and no Call. For more information please contact Staff Care.

These practitioners may work in a wide range of sectors, including as social workers, pastors, or addiction counselors. Mental health practitioners diagnose and assess their patients' needs and work to create effective plans for rehabilitation, conducting therapy sessions, presc! ribing medicine, and making referrals as necessary.
