The Psychiatric Technician is a non-clinical team member who assists with patient care for the personal needs and comfort and helps maintain an age appropriate therapeutic environment. Will work under the supervision of a nurse and will ! be a part of a team that includes nurses, doctors, and clinicians. Supports the standards and policies of Acadia Hospital and the philosophy of the nursing department. Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent with good communication skills.
Experience and/or education in Mental Health is preferred but not required. EOE
