  • They will enhances clinical relationships with key hemophilia treatment centers.
  • They will provides technical in-services to Hematology Treatment Center (HTC) and hemophilia community
  • Mentor and support field force in growing the clinical knowledge with our current customers regarding our products.
  • Educate HTC on reimbursement, healthcare trends and public policy
Strategic Planning

  • Develop strategic plans for targeted accounts to include access opportunities.
  • Develop primary strategy and pull through initiatives for targeted HTC's
  • Strong platform skills and persuasive communication abilities
  • Support region as disease and product expert for sales training
  • Member of Commercial brand planning team Business Liaison
  • Ability to educate and promote KGFS to Hematologist at targeted HTC's
along with all members of HTC staff.
  • Demonstrate leadership and understanding of reimbursement, co-pay
  • Assistance /co-insurance and the evolving affordable care act
  • Deliver educational programs to HCP's and other members of the Hemophilia Community
  • Interact with HTC nurses to build patient educational tools and materials.
  • Key driver for hard to access accounts
  • Ability to position KGFS favorably
  • Develop, leverage customer partnerships into strong value proposition
  • Generate new scripts for KGFS
  • Develop strong internal relat! ionships with brand team and sales training .
  • This territory c! overs from Maine to FL.
  • There is 50% overnight travel.
  • Nursing degree required.
  • Strong Clinical expertise in Hematology
  • 3-5 years nursing experience, preferred in Hemophilia
  • Must be able to handle extensive travel
  • Strong business acumen
  • Advanced ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Collaborative leadership skills
