- This is a full time Work at Home opportunity for the right candidate.POSI! TION SUMMARY: This is an Senior Account Executive position for the Provider/Hospital sector.
- Achieves cross sell, growth/retention and profitability targets and customer satisfaction levels for assigned team book of business.
- Facilitate story telling in how we communicate internally and with our clients.
- Works with account management team to develop strategic plans and measures of success for each client.
- Supports team in developing productive and collaborative internal partnerships to create a comprehensive growth and service strategy for assigned book of business.
- Ensures alignment with customers objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna/Active Health Management.
- Manages, develops and cultivates relationships with constituents (producers, plan sponsors, customers and providers) ! as appropriate.
- Partners with team members as appropr! iate in meetings with clients to professionally represent Aetna/AHM in the marketplace; articulates how Aetna/Active Health Management products and services can contribute to constituents objectives.
- Manages and executes retention process in collaboration with the internal constituents as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6-8 years experience working with healthcare delivery systems and providers.
- Health Information Technology/Systems experience is desired.
- A nursing or consulting background in health care delivery and information systems are highly desired.
- Ability to think strategically, develop client strategies and do strategy solutioning.
- Proven track record of upselling and growing an assigned book of business.
- Experience understanding insurance system workflows.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills an! d be comfortable working in a matrix organization.
