Maine Mental Health Partners, Southern Maine’s premier integrated psychiatric network, is currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team. The RN is responsible for evaluating patients on multiple fronts, biophysical, psychosocial, educational and discharge planning. The RN participates in the formulation of a priority-based, multi-disciplinary treatment plan unique to each patient, instructs patients regarding the disease process and medication management and facilitates patient education groups. The RN delegates and directs staff in maintaining a structured and safe therapeutic milieu.
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Qualified candidates must be licensed as an RN in the state of Maine. 1 â€" 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required. Experience working in mental health, with patients with dual diagnosis, in an inpatient setting is desired.
